We’re featuring products that are fat free, low-sodium, or made with zero trans-fat. FOODAPALOOZA ™ will be showcasing the latest in sugar free foods, the healthiest and coolest beverages available and the latest in safe and convenient cookware.

As you're probably aware, there has been an alarming increase in diabetes and heart disease, not only in Ventura County, but across the nation. These chronic conditions, due to poor eating and insufficient exercise, need only several short years of neglect before they strike. At FOODAPALOOZA™ we are excited to be able to offer a wide variety of healthy food products that can prevent disease and make eating a pleasure!

The Diabetes Explorer® Educational Foundation was founded in an effort to teach people how to take better care of themselves through nutrition and fitness. FOODAPALOOZA™ lets you sample products that will help you stay fit and vigorous, including brand new items you might not have heard of before.

Over 20,000 square feet of exhibitors will make this the biggest and most visible event of this kind, attracting people from Ventura and Santa Barbara Counties. FOODAPALOOZA™ will be held annually and will be at the Ventura County Fairgrounds, Ventura, California on Saturday, November 15th, 2008.

Absolutely! Workshops are scheduled on food selection, reading and understanding labels,
preparing low-calorie meals and kitchen and exercise equipment.
